What's the differences in their teaching?

I gave up on H. long enough ago I can't remember the details. Epstein is strong on what happens from the feet to the shoulders. His drills are very good. He is also strong on the mental side of hitting. Mankin is strong from the shoulders to the bathead and has some very interesting things to say in this area.
