Would you consider the way he brings his lead hand straight to the ball Linear? Jack have you had an opportunity to analyze his swing frame by frame like so many others you have done so effectively?

David Eckstein is a linear hitter which works for him. He also doesn't hit many home runs or drive the ball. He hits with his hands.
