Hi Dan

Although upper-body mechanics has been the main topic of discussion lately, the lower-body has been covered extensively in past threads. Your question is timely. How that we have discussed the difference between the term “weight shift” and the actual development of momentum, I will start a thread on what forces induce “hip rotation.”
