Thanks Jack. Such compliments coming from you are quite an honor, which encourages me that my learning is progressing.

Your video and this website, as well as Epstein's, Baseball Excellence and several books, are certainly a wealth of material at my fingertips. Bits and pieces from all are finally starting to come together, to the point that I'm beginning to be able to see things better in real-time (though certainly easier w/ slomo video).

BTW, regarding your "back-side" comment... are you alluding to a lack of the front shoulder pulling back during the swing?
