I would like to know the answers to a couple of questions. First off... I saw on espn the today a pitcher get clocked in the head with a baseball straight off the bat. I was wondering what speed that ball might have been going. I am sure that everybody who reads this will have a better idea than I will so please take a guess what you think. Also question #2... on an average hit... does the baseball spin more off a wood bat or coming out of a pitchers hand throwing a curve ball? I just want to see what everybody thinks. Thanks
