Where are the hands and the position of the bat at footplant with most of the great hitters? Just spent a couple of hours checking out some of the greats and it is interesting, because even though they have different styles, they are all very similar at footplant.

T.J.the hands are back some have them above the shoulder,below and in line with the shoulder,small variances,but what is important is that they have been loaded which I actually mean is the upper body has been scapula loaded which the hands are connected to therefore they are loaded or cocked too.Learn what the cause is and what is affected by the cause to have the best understanding.
