> You don't reaally need any drills or excercises. If you practice religiously the principles of rotation, top hand torque and bottom hand torque, that will be all you need.

..OFTEN WHEN PEOPLE ARE LATE WHEN TRYING ROTATION IS THAT THEY ARE NOT DRIVING THEIR REAR SHOULDER WHICH DRIVES THE TOP HAND AND GETS THE BAT OUT NEAR IN LINE WITH THE LEAD KNEE.IF YOU VISUALIZE A CONE OR TEE AT THE POINT WHERE YOU WANT TO MAKE CONTACT AND YOUR BARREL TO BE THEN TRY TO GET THE BARREL TO THAT POINT WHEN THE BALL IS GOING TO BE THERE.
