I thought that this site supports rotational hitting..... that image at the top of the skreen on the bat speed banner looks like linear swing????

Good observation.

The picture demonstrates a long swing path and his lead elbow is flying. I'd recommend getting rid of it, asap. I'm glad I read the material and didn't bail when I saw the image.

I'm a harsh critic of a lot of swings and the corresponding advice, however I must say that after reading over much of the material, I find it accurate and rooted in science.

If I were a pitcher, I'd ask that this site be banned.
