Re: Re: Bonds and Sheff To me sheff has a weird swing, hes always hitting the ball off his front foot, or so it seems. it also seems he gets a ton of backspin and the ball just carries of his bat. anyone have a clip of his swing for quicktime i can watch frame by frame?
