in bp, get off the plate to simulate utside pitches. force yourself to wait until you start going the other way. make it a habit to go the other in way in you 1st round of bp, all the time. we do it with all our kids. it simply a matter of waiting, getting the right pitch, and working on it; its not a miracle or anything.
