I am a big believer in relaxing & keeping the body sitll. My "load" is to simply relax & raise the hands to shoulder level in front of the back shoulder. As I rotate the hips, I "squash the bug" with the back foot & either pick the front foot up & put it down in the same spot or do nothing with it but allow it to turn out naturally. I am still experimenting with the front foot but leaning toward the latter.
