I bought a tape Baserunning and Hitting by Mark Kennedy? Texas A&M ...I watched him tell his players to keep the bat barrel above the ball.

I think that is baloney.....your clip in motion shows it is baloney. How is a 6 foot player going to do that to a knee high fastball?

When he placed his hands in a contact position his top hand( wrist) were coming on top and his rear elbow was extending. He did this over and over.

He was doing drills where a player was hitting into a screen soft toss and he hit over a bent front knees every swing.

What are the top 3-5 tape series in your opinion.
