My 13 year old son has developed a slight uppercut to his swing and thus has been swinging underneath the ball, he has always has a hitch in his swing and until this year has been a good hitter. I hate to try to break him of his hitch but when he strides into the ball he drops his hands & brings them back up and I think this is causing his uppercut. Any ideas?
