The Hit Away Trainer is not bad. It helps keep your hands inside the ball. It repeats a little too fast for in use instruction. You as a coach need to make sure they stay back in a centered position.

You can lunge and still use it. Make sure it is Hip to Eye and not hand to eye..or it just might be linear!
