I just found out about this web site yesterday and was up most of the night looking at it, i am 47 yrs old and have a 15 yr old son who plays ball, every once in awhile i do some drills with him, i have been swinging a 24 ounce bat in those drills and my bat speed is between 61 and 65 with a high of 67, i have always been a weight shift hitter and was pretty decent when i was younger. Today i took about 10 swings using the no stride and rotation style hitting and it was unbelievable, my slowest speed was 77 with a high of 81, i am going to teach my son this but i think i am going to wait until after the season is over , right now he very rarely strikes out , i was wondering does anyone know if the no stride hitters are more strikeout prone.
