strength training for hitting
I have just been introduced to your site. I find it intriguing and am setting aside time to digest your principles. I am currently active in the strength training and conditioning avenues of many sports. since i have 2 daughters at playing age, i concentrate on girls sports, primarily fast pitch, volleyball and basketball. i am curious if you or other posters have any suggestions for training which would aid in your hitting techniques. am currently using leg/hip, forearm, shoulder and torso workouts with some plyometrics
