Looking for any information on drills, programs, traing devices, or sites that can lead to better hande eye coordination and improve performance at the plate. Drills that MLB players use (Edgar Martinez) are what I am looking for.

Ive been looking for the same thing for a while. I purchased Eye Q and i am trying it now. ill see if i can inform you on the results down the road.
