How come on all of the clips in the "role of the top hand" discussion, the batters' back foot seemed to be on the edge of the toe more than back on the ball of the foot? Are you supposed to rotate towards the tip of your foot or back on the ball of your foot? Someone clarify this more for me. THanks
Nothing wrong with rotating with such force that the rear foot goes up on it's toe or even off the ground. Several big league examples but one that comes to mind is Pujols.
