One Warning, both my daugters play in youth softball leagues. At this level there is a mixture of fastptich and slowpitch. My daughters both use rotational mechanics and can crush fastpitch. However, when it comes to slowpitch they struggle big time using rotational mechanics. When they now face a slowpitch pitcher, they go back to the old linear way of hitting. Not good but, it seems to work.
