you shouldn't try to qualify the question... just answer it!
this is an exercie in LOGIC! the primary goal is make you think for yourself.
question #4: the key word is "most frequently" just think in general terms.. don't get too specific.. if you get a hit 26% (MLB BA) of the time, what happens the rest of the time? think along those lines
#6. since you are on the wrong track to begin with, i can't really give you a train of thought that will put where you should be.
#9. you are shooting a gun at a stationary standard shooting target
in order to score the most points, where should the bullet land, that is, what should you be aiming at? i didn't mean for you to complicate the question.. it is very simple..try again.
