I'm learning that you don't know how the human brain works in conjunction with the body when trying to make an adjustment.

You also don't know how the brain works with the body when an athletic movement occurs.

You can't give a good reason why you would say any of those terms other that "watch the two best ever".

Did you ever think that Bonds actually concentrates on doing the exact opposite that you teach?

More importantly do you know why?
