Perfect Connextion

I have been working hard for several seasons to teach my sons how to
hit like your research has shown. They are good hitters and getting
better. I'm excited about their future hitting abilities. The last key
piece we are working hard on now is the hitting technique that is
directly implied by your Perfect Connextion device. Currently, I
believe that is the single most important piece to rotational hitting
- the significant difference in the position of the lead shoulder in
the shoulder socket at contact. For me, is is very easy to feel the
difference between linear and rotational hitting, just by the position
of the lead shoulder in the shoulder socket at contact. If you look at
Hamilton, Beltre, Cruz, etc. when they clobber a ball and freeze the
frame at contact, it is clear to see. The lead elbow is up and
pointing out toward the infield, and not pointing down at the ground
like is a key identifier in linear (weak) hitting. They are not
hitting good because they are consciously trying to get their lead
elbow up and out at contact, but the elbow being up and out is a
consequence (a resultant side effect) of them using their arms in
their shoulder sockets differently. They are tilting over the plate to
use more power from their tricep and lat muscles - especially the lead
arm's tricep and lead side's lat muscle. You can feel it and see it in
proper Tee work.
