Can I whip my body, arms and hands. If so, what happens if the bat is in my hands.

Jack's demonstration on his dvd/tape is just not accurate. He ties a rope to the end of the bat and then throws it in a straight line. That does not resemble the swing. Holding the bat in your arms and swinging with the rotation of the body sends the barrel circular while the knob is held. What happens when the circular path of the knob stops?

It's impossible for wrist torque only to hit the ball 390'. The barrel was whipped and when the hands came to a sudden stop, the barrel whipped around.

Thus illustrating that there is maximum batspeed at extension.
