agree, good discusiion. One additional point is what the sequenced segmentation/whip momentum transfer looks like and how it is produced.

One of the things involved is the flex then extension of the spine to drive the swing in a way that provides good deceleration of the midle/proximal segments for better transfer (better transfer is also triggered by bathead firing out at right time relative to overall stretch and fire).

This flex-extension or "bow-arch" requires the synched shoulder tilt/weight shift/fairly level firing of hips and resistance from turning handle of barrell with tunning start already underway.

Perhaps richard could show a nice video of this bow-arch action which os similar to thowing but with different weight shift synch/different armswing type resistance.
