Re: THANKS FOR THE HELP JACK!!

Posted by: () on Tue Jun 20 21:06:31 2000

Jack,

When I cock my front knee (inward turn), my weight moves back, and my hands move up/back naturally (natural reaction to the inward turn). The barrel cocks toward the pitcher. I have my hands already at the arm pit.

I notice if my hands are lower I must physical move them up to obtain the same action.

Is there anything else I have to do to secure a good launch position, to initiate torque?

Is it bad not physically move the hands, or weight back?

Thanks,
Shawn
