Rid yourself of the shoulder rotation nonsense. Understand the lateral tilt at "go"....shown very well in the Bonds clip you marked up, contrary to your analysis....torque the barrel rearward at "go"...the immediate "launch and spend" and your analysis will match every mlb swing.

And the kids will benefit.
