elbows hurt

Posted by: Ron Struzik (struz22562@peoplepc.com) on Mon Mar 24 22:12:02 2003

This may sound stupid but I have been trying the rotation (where you move you hands to create the rotation for faster bat speed) before I show my son how to do it. And my right elbow starts getting sore ( I am right handed). Am I doing something wrong?

I study the picture that show how you move you hands to cause the rotation (Bat Speed Research- Greater Bat Speed = hitting the Baseball Harder). But after doing that a few time my right elbow hurt on the inside. I did throw out my elbow about 10 yrs. ago and never got back to normal. Maybe that is the problem.

If anyone can help me, please respond.
