Forst of all thanks, i am 17 years old been playing baseball for a long time 12 years practically, and I was wondering how to work my" back of the shoulders"? I am sure i need this also i do this one excercise when i put a curling bar,crooked for hand placement, and have it on my sholders and rotate my hips, i think this is a good excercise for my back abs and even legs. any other ways to work the hips? please discribe them as good as you can. Once agian thanks for the info.
