Back Shoulder Drop

Posted by: Henry () on Fri Mar 7 22:17:14 2003

Hi,
I am a believer of the rotational hitting method and have seen the results. Lately though, I have found that I have a pretty serious problem in dropping my back shoulder resulting in too many pop-ups.
For some reason, I think that thinking of the cue "pull the lead shoulder back toward the catcher" while batting is helping a bit but I can not tell yet.
Does anyone know of any drills/cues that may be of help in stopping the back shoulder from dropping so much?
