It appears that she a bit too much lean of her upper body, her rear end goes out just as rotation begins. the lean makes her appear to be off balance. She does use her legs well and has a nice follow through/finish

And, one cause of early roll over is the lead elbow being too low. Then I read the post above that says the bathead is below the elbows which insinuates the elbows should be low.
