I hope you got my email and this corrects your problem. If not please call my technical support so that they can help you correct the problem. Continuing to post that you are waiting on swings doesn't help our cause. I have seen those error messages before and it is related to the directory where the swings are found.The swings work and the data is there. So I am sure we can get it worked out.

Less than 1% of the athletes we send home with data report problems with being able to see their swings. If you just don't understand the data, that's okay. I didn't understand it myself, until I began to dig deeper and analyze the findings. So I personally know it can be confusing. But we can move forward from there.
