Re: Opposite field rotational hitting

Posted by: marky mark () on Sat Mar 1 02:11:54 2003

I am new to the idea of rotational hitting having been taught the linear method my whole life but I am certainly intrigued. I'm wondering though how you combat being pitched outside and hitting the other way with the front shoulder opening up so early. I admittedly have not delved very far into this yet so if you could educate me a bit here I would appreciate it.

Dear Coach Wabash

Oh geez, we never thought of that. Forget it. Your guys are gonna get schooled on the outside half. Thanks for the heads up on the theory, we'll work on it and get back to you.
