Epstein/Mankin Synergy and Discrepancies?

I just got Jack's video this week (nice stuff!) and got Epstein's a few weeks ago (very good also). Definitely see some differences of opinion though (front foot stride angle, straight/bent front arm, head position, etc.).

Jack's video seems to even directly challenge (in a friendly way though) Epstein's 1-2-3 drill approach.

Thoughts on combining from each and/or just adopting one on discrepancies, etc.? Which s/b the base?
