what is the Best Video or Book teaching how to HIT. i suck at hitting, im a high school student... i play slowpitch softball, however i just can't hit. can anyone help?

Ben Hogan's five fundamentals of golf!!!! Practice the same drills he prescribes for golf, but do it off a baseball tee. Supination is the key to staying connected (arms working with the body). Most novice players just fire the hands directly to the ball. The hands are active, just not directly straight to the ball in great hitters.

Do not give up on hitting!
