I am confused. You now seem to be saying things about the heel drop that Epstein, I would assume for the most part, does not according to my understanding of his tapes disagree with. This is why I can't understand why you would have stated in your first message: "... and saying that when you decide to swing you will 1st put the heel down before all else can start, then other bigger muscles can begin is not efficient, and the ML swing is designed around efficiency due to time constraints."

Since you don't have his tapes and have obviously not talked on the phone about this heel drop matter with him I must bow out of this discussion. All I can say in concluding is that no one should be afraid to buy his tapes because he believes Epstein has an element of inefficiency in what he teaches. It is simply not true as anyone knows who has his tapes or has gone to one of his hitting camps.
