i was reading on the site where a guy talked about this,and boy was he right,it works even better when you only hold the bottom hand with 2 fingers,and have a 1 inch gap. Pull with the bottom hand towards the pitcher,while the top hand pulls the other way,at first my grip felt to tight,but it takes some getting used to

Ty Cobb did really well with this grip...
