Re: Most Common Problems

What would the list of most common problems for 12-16 year olds include when talking rotational hitting mechanics?

From my observations it is different for boys and girls. For girls it is getting them to rotate their hips. They just seem naturally to want to arm swing first. Boys on the other hand rotate more but want to throw their hands out for that wider sweep of the bat and want to take that large step into the pitch. I think hand rotation is pretty foreign to both.
