Arc Video

The Arc video is OK. It teaches the basics of the rotational swing. My biggest problem with it is, it doesn't really teach me how to teach someone else. Parents are going to buy this for their kids; but it's the parent who is going to be the hitting coach. The video should be targetted at the parent/coach. It falls short in that regard.

When the kids were demonstrating the motions, a few minor corrections were made. It wasn't always made clear exactly what was going wrong, and how to spot it. I think they should have broken down everything to watch for. They could have let us see LOTS of wrong swings and even tested us on what went wrong. Something like:

"Here is Tommy's swing...watch the feet...again in slow motion...did you see how the front foot isn't turning enough?"

And the classic: "...check the position and balance at the end of the swing...are the laces aimed forward...that's a good indicator of full rotation"

It's very hard to make a video. I hope this is taken as intended, constructive criticism.

BTW, the video IS worth the money, Thanks Jack.
