I just wanted to thank you for the website...I originally found it while trying to come up with hitting drills for my youth team, and I am trying to apply your principles to the kids' swings. I KNOW it works, because last night I hit the 1st home run of my life-and I'm 40! I had never considered the effect the torque of my lower hand on the bat could have, but it really makes a huge difference. I ripped 3 doubles off the walls and put one out! Thanks for the help.
