love the new instructional video. what is the best way to incorprate this into a team setting. I like the idea of teachning the swing without hitting a ball do i have everyone do rotational drills w/out bag as I'm working one on one w/ bag

It's a big time committment on your part, but I'd recommend very small groups (2-3) to work on this stuff. Team environment will frustrate you with lack of attention by players. As you work with one others minds are drifting.
